Information concerning the booking
our general business terms
Winter/Summer: 2,50 € per person/night. Children under 16 years are exempt from this tax.
A booking is only valid after you received a written booking confirmation. For a binding reservation we politely ask you to pay 30% of the arranged price in advance (the deposit must be paid within 4 days after the booking is done). The exact amount will be mentioned on your written booking confirmation.

Arrival & Departure:
The apartments are ready and available from 3pm onwards. Please inform us in advance, if you arrive later than 8pm.
We are kindly asking you to leave the apartment in a tidy condition at 9am on your day of departure. If you leave earlier or arrive later than planned, we will have to invoice the full price for the initially booked days (no discount). If less people arrive than you actually booked for, we will have to invoice the full price for the apartment.
The bill has to be paid in cash one day before departure at the latest.
In all our apartments smoking is prohibited – we apologise for any inconvenience. In case of failure to comply with this prohibition we will have to invoice 150€ separately for special cleaning.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Nauers – we apologise for any inconvenience.
Only in written form – Cancellation conditions according to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH).
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival – 40% of the full price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the full price.
Within 1 week before arrival – 90% of the full price.
Place of jurisdiction is Landeck.

In case of stays under 3 days – a surcharge for short-term stays can be invoiced.
One off payment per apartment. Price dependent on the size of the apartment: 90 € – 150€.
For a little surcharge we will serve your breakfast directly to your apartment. Furthermore, we offer a daily „bread delivery service“ for our guests. Order your favourite sort of bread the previous day before 4pm and we will deliver it directly to your apartment the next day.
All our floors are comfortably reachable with a Lift/Elevator.
There is one parking space available for each room in front of the house. With regard on our environment we kindly ask you to arrive with as few cars as possible.
We offer a free WIFI Internet connection in the whole area of the Nauers.
Ski and shoe storage:
Skis, snowboards, skiing boots and hiking footwear can be comfortably put into a specially heated storage room.
In our “waste room” you will find containers – we kindly ask you to help us with waste sorting. In case of improper waste sorting a fee for waste sorting might be charged.
In case of losing the apartment key card, 50€ will be invoiced. If the guests cause damage, the complete costs of the replacement will have to be paid by them.
